We offer a full project management service from point of order through to completion for client, designer or supplier (manufacturer), - to include planning & program cost control, valuations & variations, production & installation control, specialist supply items procurement & control, and snagging & project sign-off.

In addition, we can assist in Design development, Samples, Scope & Tender documentation,  Placement & Procurement, Surveys, Planning & Management, and Snagging.
